Jer 29:11

some people seem to have it all.

all that you ever wanted but never had.

others also seem to have it all.

all that you had but lost.

But you don't have to feel so small.

God: I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out - plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. (JER 29:11 MSG)

lets not forsake our walk because God doesn't seem to be giving us what we want. yes, the flesh hurts not getting its desires. It may be the imperfections of your fellow church members. It may be you feeling unappreciated. It may be you not getting the grades you prayed for. It may be you not being promoted when you thought you would be. It may be your dissatisfaction with the structure of your church. But lets look again at what God said.

He's in control. He knows you better than you know yourself. That's why, even the plans He has for you will lead you to "the future you hope for".

come on, accept it, you can never walk the path of someone else. You are unique. God sees your individualism and has a road made only for your feet to tread upon. God is definitely not taking advantage of you by withholding something from you. He can't bear to give you something that's not meant for you. He only wants the best for you. Consider the foundations of your faith. He has already given you His best, Jesus, what makes you think He'll withhold anything else that's meant for your good?
