mummy's side of the family

i attended my cousin's wedding dinner today. its a cousin on mum's side. we aren't exactly very close to mummy's side but today lynn and i had a great time just letting the aunties and uncles say "WAH, you're all grown up. let me guess. you're lynn (me) and you're sheila (lynn)." as always they always think i'm lynn. the food at marina mandarin was good. 

its amazing. the couple were together for 9 years plus before they tied the knot. really amazing. 9 years from now, i'd be 29! gosh. i wanna get married by 24/5. >_<

anyhow, i don't think i ever mentioned. my other cousin on mummy's side actually owns Club Marc in Singapore. If i gather correctly, her husband designs some of the stuff there. So after the wedding dinner, cousin valerie invited us to shop at her Club Marc outlet at Marina Sq. I tell you the feelings is damn shoik. they opened the shop till like 12plus just for us. while there weren't many clothes i fancied there, the shoes are not too bad. lynn and i bought 4 pairs of shoes and two dresses. in total we only spent $60. you do the math. cousin valerie even gave mummy a free bag which prob lynn would end up using. tonight was just awesome. 

i remembered leng recently just bought stuff at Club Marc and so i very nearly wanted to grab guys' shirts and bottoms as christmas gifts for leng, hengyi and gang but i thought it isn't exactly very nice to take advantage of a situation like that, hence, i stopped myself. but if anytime you need to buy stuff there i got discount card, can ask me. haha. 

ohh ohh ohh. everybody, CHRISTMAS is COMING. like jean said, although the airs in orchard ain't that fantastic, but it all lies in your heart. i'm pretty excited this christmas because i've been inviting people to come watch me act and people ARE coming. =)
