It's National Day! No long weekend this year, but nonetheless, national day always feels different. Today feels not like a saturday but instead like a public holiday!
While I'm not exactly feeling on the top of the world at this point, but just want to give thanks for this great nation I grew up in, my lovely and most supportive family and all my friends who are there to pull me up, hold me down or push me forward, whichever applies whenever.
Ultimately though... we gotta be the ones who pull our strength together to keep going. So much inertia and resistance... a true test of strength, resilience and tenacity. Grant me these in body, mind & spirit!
Meanwhile, just doing my soul some good by looking back at the literal work of my hands in the past year. Decided to put in a 3rd post on my "other" blog: Heart & Craft. Hope it inspires you card-makers out there! :)
